Background

Teresa joined KLR with the merger of Kiradjieff & Goode. She brings twenty-five years experience in executive search and focuses on our practice group specialties in recruiting senior management for our Health Care/Medical Device, Venture Capital/Private Equity, Consumer, Technology, and Family-Owned/Closely-Held clients. Teresa began her career in executive search at a local boutique search firm. Prior to this, Teresa was the Chief of Staff of the Romney for U.S. Senate Committee. Earlier in her career, Teresa held positions as Director of Budget/Accounts Payable/Payroll for the Office of the Treasurer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and positions in the Massachusetts Republican State Committee. Teresa earned a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from Suffolk University.

Outside the Office

Teresa is an avid skier, golfer, and hockey mom! She also sits on the Board of the Reading Educational Foundation and serves as Treasurer of a non-profit.
